Now, Cultivating Courage To Act On Living Your Purpose
Are your fears holding you back from living the life you deserve? Do you wish you could show more courage in your day-to-day dealings with others? Do you fear that making mistakes mean that you are inadequate or incompetent? You are the obstacle and biggest critic of yourself because you accept that, consciously or subconsciously? Now,
If you had more courage, maybe you could ask for that raise you’ve been waiting for, feel more confident in closing that next sale, or even invite the women or man of your dreams to go out on a date! The possibilities are endless when you are assertive on making success happen first then responding to whatever happens while pursuing your purpose! It’s not that the strong survive when it comes to conscious beings, it’s that the ones who are most assertive to making their vision everyone’s reality within their environment (good or bad)… are the ones who survive. Think about that!
The person whose vision is to create youth development program that supports healthy maturity development through soccer makes that vison the reality of every parent, youth and onlooker and doing it well ensures her survival while nurturing the survival of the receivers of the vision. Now, the question may be asked,
“But what is courage, really?” Courage is the ability to continue moving forward even in the face of challenge, adversity, and fear. What is the biggest supporter of courage, you guessed it, it is purpose, a vivid, clear, purpose with an effective plan of action for well-being, success, and peace of mind.
Without fear, there could be no bravery or spiritual warriorship or spiritual peace-ship. So being courageous in terms of human optimal performance for empowerment behavior is largely about managing personal obstacles such as fear and anxiety by placing mindful attention on proper intake, and assimilation of what feeds your whole being and then developing the habit to act on self-obedience to the activities for your success..that is HOPE courage, author your plan of action and act at all cost and modifying as needed.
Courage Is Like A Psychological Muscle.
Being brave is similar to lifting weights. The more you participate, the easier it becomes. Alternatively, the more you’re willing to use and accept fear as an excuse not to move forward, the easier that path becomes. You get good at the things you practice regularly.
Establish and develop your personal effective guidance system for physical well-being, spiritual well-being, mental well-being and self-empowerment, and economic well-being.
To cultivate courage:
* Start out by making a list of the things that you’re afraid to do but wish you weren’t. These can be things like asking out the cute guy in the finance department, doing karaoke, starting your own business, or leaving a bad relationship.
* Now put that list in order from least fearful to most fearful.
* Begin at the top and work your way down.
These strategies will help you develop the courage to tackle your list and move on to even bigger things:
The first strategy you can do is to Decide that you’re going to conquer your fears. Success or failure begins with a decision..even choosing NOT to act or make a choice is a decision. The simple act of making a decision means you’ve cut yourself off from all other possibilities. The reality is once you start to act on something other things automatically DONT get action. It’s the economics of time, if you are thinking, focusing, DOING what leads to success and maintains success THEN there is NO time for what holds you back. So declare to yourself or make it known to yourself that you’re going to tackle your fears one at a time by DOING the work not just being optimistic, need to be actively optimistic and a seeker of accurate feedback to continue to progressively realize your most worthy ideas in life by facing and overcoming your fears…strategically.
